I wanted to thank you for your "FLAC 2 MP3" utility. At the same time I'd like to report a bug: If you use subfolders (such as CD1 and CD2) then FLAC 2 MP3 will crash when trying to encode these files. It only works correctly with a flat structure.
I know windows has some problems reporting attach/detach on some devices because controllers have overlapping names. Try to experiment on different usb entries on the list.

DeleteIt doesn't monitor my midi controller,

with usb flash drives, works perfectly :)
